Basic Options Workshop

This is a one-day workshop designed for the person who wants to get started trading options. The instructor will review the basics of technical chart reading, which includes properly identifying support and resistance levels – and how this relates to option trading. Students will learn how to write a covered call on stocks that they currently own, and then apply a very similar strategy without ever owning the stock; thereby increasing your rate of return (ROR). This class will also help students become more familiar with the “option chain” and enable the student to pick the best expiration date and the best strike price – a key to successful options trading. Additionally, the student will learn how to make money when the stocks are going down using PUT options! PUT options can also be used to add “insurance” to your existing portfolio – learn how the market let’s you add insurance and get someone else to pay for that insurance! This is a great class for anyone interested in getting started in making money with options!

Advanced Options Workshop

This one-day class is designed for the current options trader who has a good foundation of chart reading, understands the basics of the option greeks, and wants to learn how to do “spread trades” – which is trading a “range” rather than an exact direction. You will be able to add more consistency to your trading by utilizing various basic spread trades, also known as level 3 option trading. If you would rather learn how to trade a “range”, allow yourself some room for error in the direction of the trade, then this is a class that you do not want to miss! Learn how to make some money even if you are wrong!

Advanced Technical Analysis Workshop

This is a one-day class designed to make the student more fluent in chart reading. This class reviews your basic foundation of indicators like the MACD, Stochastics, and Moving Averages, and introduces you to other key technical indicators that will help you determine a high-probability trade. The student will learn candlestick charting, price patterns, trending indicators, and oscillating indicators to help get you into high-probability trades earlier and help get you out earlier so that you get to keep more of the profits. This workshop also introduces the student to incorporating trading discipline to their portfolio.
